DON’T TOUCH · Last updated: 17 September 2026

Bizzyjo Projects, Belgium, operates DON’T TOUCH. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app or join a game through an invitation link.

Information we process

How we use this information

This information is used only for app functionality: creating or joining a room, synchronizing players, starting the game, displaying results, and maintaining the operation and security of the service.

Motion data

Motion sensor readings are evaluated locally on the device. Raw motion readings are not stored in our database. Only the gameplay event or result needed to inform other participants is transmitted.

No advertising or tracking

DON’T TOUCH does not use collected information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information.

Service provider

We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication and real-time game synchronization. Firebase may process technical information required to provide and secure its services under Google’s privacy and security terms.

Retention and sharing

Game information is intended for temporary multiplayer sessions and is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers. Information is disclosed only to required service providers or when required by law.

Children

The app does not require account registration and is not designed to collect contact details. When children use the app in a classroom or family setting, use should be supervised by a teacher, parent, or guardian.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
