DON’T TOUCH Support

Support for the DON’T TOUCH phone-free challenge by Bizzyjo Projects.

How it works

The organizer creates a room in the iOS app and shares the invitation link. Participants join through their browser without installing the app. The organizer selects a mode and duration, then starts the challenge.

Common questions

• A participant cannot join: open the newest invitation link in Safari or Chrome and check the internet connection.
• Motion detection does not start: allow motion and orientation access when the device asks for permission.
• The screen turns off: keep the browser open and temporarily increase the device’s automatic screen-lock time if needed.
• A room no longer works: ask the organizer to create a new room and share its new invitation link.
